Okay I'm loosing my mind. Usually when I get home from work the dogs are barking like crazy at the side gate and carrying on just happy to see me. But today there were no dogs barking and carrying on. Everything was quiet. Here is where I started to panic wondering where on earth they were and what had happened to them and thinking the worst.
So I raced to the front door, unlocked it and low and behold two dogs are ready there to greet me. No wonder they weren't barking and carrying on they had spent the entire day inside. Yep that's right inside lucky dogs.
As I normally do every morning I let them inside on their mats which are right next to the back door - just for an hour and then before I go to work I let them outside again. But for some reason this morning I was in a hurry being late for work and they were being sooooooooo quiet (cheeky - bet ya they did that on purpose as well). So I must have left them inside and to top it off I left the back door unlocked as well. It just wasn't my day yesterday. And they didn't sleep on their mats all day either - oh no their mats just aren't good enough - no they had to sleep on our bed - dog hair everywhere. So first thing I needed to do was air out my bedroom and clean my doona and sheets. Still can't believe I did that - never done it before. Ryan had a good laugh when he got home at my expense - I'm getting old I think!
Oh well I'm off the the Every Women's Expo today at Perth Convention Centre - should be fun! Then tonight I hope to have a relaxing night with hubby! Anyone recommend a good movie/DVD to watch??

Oh Erica, guess you werent laughing at the time, but look back now .....and laugh.
i hope you had a nice time at the CC and relaxed last nite.
Enjoy your day what's left of it......and have a great week and dont forget to let those dogs out tomorrow when you go to work:)
