I've finally got another chance to type out some more recipes. I'm doing 3 fish recipes. More recipes will follow in the next couple of days!
Barbecue Fish
Fish
Onion, chopped
Mushrooms, diced
1 tbsp Vinegar
1/2 tsp Mustard Powder
Salt & Pepper
Mixed Herbs
Alfoil
1. Cut foil to cover fish.
2. Season fish with salt & pepper
3. Place fish on foil and rub mustard powder and mixed herbs on fish.
4. Cover fish with mushrooms, onion and sprinkle with vinegar
5. Carefully fold foil around fish without disturbing the contents.
6. Barbecue fish on outside barbecue or in an oven at 180 degree Celsius for 15 minutes
7. Serve in opened foil with a crisp salad
Fish Wraps
Fish
Lettuce "cups"
Tomato, sliced
Cucumber, sliced
Lemon Juice
1. Marinate fish in lemon juice for 10 minutes
2. Fry fish in pan that has been lightly sprayed with oil
3. Season to taste
4. When fish is cooked, place in lettuce cups, and add tomato and cucumber.
5. Roll up and enjoy
Salt and Pepper Squid
Squid Tubes
Stir-fry Vegetables
Salt and Cracked Black Pepper
1/2 cup Vinegar
Lemon Juice
1. Cut open squid tubes
2. Turn inside out and score lines in diamond shapes then cut up into strips or squares (scoring helps to identify when perfectly cooked - do not overcook)
3. Combine vinegar, lemon juice, salt & pepper
4. Coat squid with mixture and refrigerate for 20 minutes
5. Stir-fry squid, add extra salt & pepper if required.
6. Add vegetables - making sure squid is cooked (When it has curled)
7. Serve Hot.
