To all of you who comment on my posts - Thank you for encouraging me! It's great getting positive comments - it makes you want to keep going! So Thank You!!!!!! One of the things they did say at Cohen's Lifestyle Centre was that you may get some nasty comments (coz it's just another one of those diets people will say etc) and a lot of people won't say anything at all - even when you have lost a lot of weight - so it's great when you get positive comments and feedback!
I'm also finding that with loosing this weight I'm getting back a lot of my confidence again. I'm out and about a lot more and loving life at the moment (not that i didn't before) but now it's just that little bit better (if that makes sense)! All praise goes to God who has given me and Ryan this opportunity to loose the weight! He works in amazing ways!
Here are some photos of our bedroom and study which we also renovated. I still have to get new carpet and new curtains for the bedroom and then it will all be finished!
