A couple of months ago we decided to renovate our Bathroom, Laundry, Study and Main Bedroom. It was all finished at the end of January this year. Just thought I would post some photos. (I will have to put photos of the study and bedroom in my next post coz I can only download 5 at a time and I'm running out of time to do it tonight)!
Uncle Ralph & Aunt Josephine you didn't get to see the finished renovations so here are the photos for you to look at as well - even though photos don't do it much justice!
I'm really really happy with the finished result. My darling Hubby Ryan did most of the dirty work (he gutted the entire bathroom and laundry and toilet area which took a couple of days)! He then proceeded to do all the plumbing (with the help of a mate). John Postmus did all our tiling (and did a fantastic job) and both myself and Ryan did the painting. I designed and picked out all the colours and appliances etc for our bathroom/laundry/study and bedroom (well that is my job - Kitchen Designer/Drafts-person at Coastline Kitchens - so I had a lot of fun with it all)! At the end of this year we are renovating our kitchen! Looking forward to that!
For two months we set up a portable shower outside in our patio area (luckily it was the end of Autumn, beginning of winter - so it wasn't toooooo cold) while we didn't have a bathroom! All my laundry was done in the patio! For three months we had dirt, dirt and more dirt trudged through the entire house - i think i cleaned it every day and still it was dirty.

But the end result is great and i think showering etc in our back patio for some months was all worth it!
Bathroom Cabinets
Our new Spa
Our new Shower with nice big shower heads!
Our new living room leather lounge suite
The LaundryWell we have just finished our fifth week of our lifestyle change. I tried on a skirt today which last week Sunday was still that little bit too tight. But today it fit just perfect! So even in one week you can loose enough weight to notice it. I love that about loosing weight - getting to fit into nice clothes again and feeling great about it! Have to measure ourselves tonight so that will be interesting!
Wishing you all a Blessed Sunday!
Ciao, Erica xx

Erica, those pictures are awesome. I absolutely love your tonings and those browns are exactly what I want to do our lounge in. I'm sure those couple of months doing showers and laundry outside were worth it. That result is fantastic.
I didn't know you were at Coastlines - you must be very good at what you do going by those pictures. Look forward to your next stats, it's actually motivating me as well :)

Just one little note about uploading photos. You can load more than 5 photos in one blog post. You just do the 5 photos, upload them and then go straight in and do another 5. Not sure if that's clear but I do it all the time. My blog posts usually have way more than 5 photos.
Hiya Erica,
I love your bedroom and have picked the same colors with even the same wall as the feature wall, i cant believe that, so now what do i still go ahead, its my birthday next month and that was my aim to give our room a spruce up, the kids all have their rooms done and almost 9 years after building we have never gone past the original neutral paint.
I have quite liked the bedding that's around in the browns and beige's as well.
Now about the weightloss programme you sound really foccussed and to see results makes it all the more worthwhile.
Love your reno's throughout, its so exciting isnt it.
Well happy stamping when you can! TFS JJ
