Mother's Day

Yesterday was mother's day and I got totally spoilt - Breakfast in Bed - yummy pancakes and coffee, I also received a gift voucher for a footspa Pedicure and Manicure Deluxe, a gift voucher for a head, back and shoulder massage and some baking trays from my gorgeous daughter Olivia and hubby Ryan!

We celebrated mother's day for my mum on Saturday with an afternoon tea and dinner - what a beautiful warm sunny autmn day and so nice and relaxing being able to sit outside enjoying scones with jam and cream, yummy apple cake, cheesecake and black forest cake and some wine, tea and coffee - and of course the company was fantastic as well. On Sunday we went to Ryan's mum's for coffee and lunch - another enjoyable morning! For dinner Ryan made me yummy bruschetta and seafood chowder, finished off with some yummy chocolates and coffee!

I am thankful for my wonderful mum (grandma) who is always there for us when we need her the most and who is always a wealth of knowledge and information - and I promise that one day Olivia will think so to and will grow up to appreciate and love her grandma lots and lots!
