Looking after Shenae and making cards!

Wednesday night Amanda asked me to babysit Shenae - how can I say no - she is adorable to look after. Well she actually pulled up her nose at my meatballs for dinner and only wanted 2 min noodles - hey that's fine with me nice and easy.

After dinner we decided to make some cards (I did help out a bit). She stamped most of the images and helped cut out the circles with my circle cutter - she did quiet a bit and we ended up making 3 cards. She had heaps of fun and wants to come round and make cards again!

Above are the three cards we made - she was sooooo excited and I told her she might want to give one to her mum for her birthday - but nope she wanted to keep them and was never going to give them away!

Well it's Sunday night - just come back from Church - we were invited to stay for soup and sandwiches to celebrate the baptism of Derek and Shelley VanDelden's little girl. Last night we had another enjoyable but late night at Willy and Bron's celebrating Willy's Birthday and now I'm actually starting to feel the affects of toooooo many late nights and early mornings and no rest in between. I've decided that some us (me and Ryan) time is on order so next Saturday I think it's going to be a movie night for us - rent a dvd - maybe have a relaxing spa and just chill out. Front door will be locked, lights switched off and doorbells will not be answered. Looking forward to it already. Lol.
