Feeling Lighter every day...

Another beautiful morning - the sun is just coming up and I'm sitting here relaxing (I'm all ready for work so now it's chill out time before another long day at work).

Monday afternoon we went to Cohen's Lifestyle Centre to have our 3rd weigh in. Here are our results:

Ryan: 7.5kg (for the month)
Erica: 6kg (for the month)

Total: (3 months) or (12 weeks)
Ryan: 28kg
Erica: 21kg

Very happy with the results - just wish it would go a little bit faster some times - not that I can complain too much because it has gone fast already - but there does come a point where you wish you could return to normal - being able to have dinner parties - having people over - it's amazing how much your life can centre around good food and good wine - when you have people over you always have to supply some kind of nibblies etc. But I know that if I have the food in the cupboard it will be more tempting for me - so at the moment our social life is still on hold to a degree!

Hmmmm I don't know what's going on with my little fish tank. On Saturday I bought a brand new Siamese Fighter Fish - This morning its dead! Poor fish - I'm going to take a water sample to the aquarium shop this afternoon and they might be able to shed some light on why the fish died - as far as I know the water is all good - I've put the correct chemicals in their so I'm not too sure.

Anyways time to look at my vegetable garden, wake the dogs up and water my pot plants etc so till next time....

Ciao, Erica xx

Well done Erica. Another 6kg. You must be just about floating, I reckon. Good for you. I want to see you in person, you must look amazing. I'm trying to be good too at the moment and I'm not doing very well. How long do you still have to go before your reintroduced? Keep plugging away, the dinner parties are just around the corner.
What's up with everyone's fish? Not good advertising for starting up a fish tank as a hobby, eh?
